DUNBAR’S REVENGE
Barrel Aged Scotch Ale – Wee Heavy 7.5% ABV 17 IBU
Barrel Aged for 7 months. Light to medium bodied malt forward with a hint of sweetness and caramel malts. Full flavors of barrel throughout and notes of slightly burnt caramel balancing out the warming of the alcohol content. Balanced finish – not to dry on the palate.

Medium to full bodied with a smooth chewy mouthfeel. Flavors of charred barrel, vanillin, roast malt and a perceived sweetness of chocolate, while finishing pleasantly dry. Barrel Aged for 10 months.
