Belgian-style Blonde Ale 6.1% ABV 30 IBU
Medium fruity-spicy yeast esters on the aroma and flavor along with moderate bitterness brought from hops with medium spicy-floral flavors. Flavored & balanced w/ classic European hops. All backed by light to medium malty-sweet presence. Finishing slightly bitter and refreshingly dry.

A medium bodied, assertively hopped IPA. This ale showcases unique flavors/aromas from hops grown in the Southern Hemisphere used throughout the brewing process. This year’s hops: Nelson Sauvin + Rakau.

Belgian-Style Dubbel Ale 8.0% ABV
The dark amber color displays the depth/complexity of this beer with a nose of almost pure brandy, lingering and distinct. Upfront the sweetness starts with a full mouthfeel, wonderful raisin flavor through the middle finishing balanced and dry. Brewed and fermented with raisins.

Aged in Foursquare Rum Barrels (Barbados). Smooth and warming with notes of charred oak, roast malts, chocolate. Medium to full bodied.

Brewed with Pilsner malt and hopped with Saaz from the Czech Republic. Light to medium bodied with a balanced malt complexity with hints of caramel & more hop character than your typical American Amber Lager.

Dark Cream Ale 4.4% ABV 20 IBU
A unique historical ale once-popular from the area in and around Louisville, Kentucky from the 1850’s until Prohibition. Using a similar recipe to that of a Bourbon. Malt forward. Sweet/Caramel up front finishing full and a bit dry.
