Light bodied European lager brewed with European malts and finished with a floral bouquet of Czech Saaz hops.
A medium bodied assertively hopped ‘Triple’ IPA. This brew showcases hops grown in the southern hemisphere, giving this beer a huge aroma of tropical fruit.
Medium to light bodied session ale. Toasted malt sweetness mingles with and balances the subtle bitterness and citrus hop aroma.
Filled with toasty malts, Belgian yeast spice and cranberry sweet-tart flavors that all dance as one to create a light mouthfeel of smooth fruity yeast and cranberries
Moderately bitter American IPA with a medium dry body. A floral nose mingles with grape fruit, Meyer lemon and slight pine. Dry hopped with Centennial, Cascade, Columbus and Chinook.
Brewed in collaboration with Smugglers Coffee (Lowel, IN). A silky smooth stout inspired by coffee cake. Strong aromatics of coffee and roast malts. Medium bodied and medium (smooth) mouth feel give way to velvety flavors of vanilla + coffee. Conditioned on Smugglers “The Man in Black Rides Alone” Coffee, Vanilla Beans and Cinnamon.
Brewed with European malts and a decent amount of noble/spicy Czech Saaz hops. Light to medium bodied lager with an appropriate caramel character and malty complexity, all balanced by Saaz hops.
A dry medium bodied ale, brewed with Irish malt and English hops, complex malts lend to flavors toffee, coffee and caramel. Rounded out by earthy hop finish
Pilsner - Czech
Light bodied European lager brewed in the Czech tradition. Brewed with European malts and finished with a floral bouquet of Czech hops.
