The beer

Your ticket includes two tokens good for any Evil Czech draft. Oktoberfest Märzen Lager is the featured pour: light-bodied, slightly sweet, and crisp with a copper-orange glow.

The menu

A hearty, smoky Porktoberfest spread with a Fire-Roasted Whole Hog as the centerpiece:

  • Oysters – raw on the half shell with mignonette, Cholula vinaigrette, and lemon
  • Cochinita slider – pork on brioche with chipotle BBQ and pickled onion
  • Pork taco – slow-cooked pork butt with pineapple salsa on a corn tortilla
  • Smoked rib tips – glazed in Stalin BBQ sauce, finished with Korean slaw
  • Pretzel bites – warm and soft, with house Public House mustard
  • Black bean soup – rich and smoky
