What to Expect


The Menu

  • Oysters – raw on the half shell with mignonette, cholula vinaigrette, and fresh lemon
  • Cochinita Sliders – brioche bun with chipotle bbq and pickled onion
  • Pork Tacos – slow-cooked pork butt, pineapple salsa, corn tortilla
  • Smoked Rib Tips – stalin bbq sauce, korean slaw
  • Pretzel Bites – with public house mustard
  • Black Bean Soup – smoky, with bacon and whole roasted hog meat added live
  • Whole Fire-Roasted Hog – carved fresh, the centerpiece of the night

The Beer

Your ticket includes two tokens good for any Evil Czech draft — with over a dozen on tap, there’s something for every taste.

  • Featured Seasonal: Oktoberfest – 5.6% ABV • 20 IBU - A classic Märzen lager. Light-bodied, slightly sweet, and very crisp with a mild lingering bitterness to balance it out. Copper-orange in appearance.
  • Other drafts pouring: Old Prague, Corndance, Higgins’ Haze, GG Patton, Evil Czech-Munk, Static Chipmunk, Jesús, Nefarious Harbor, Bigsby, Voodoo, John the One-Eyed, Hang It in the Leuven, Chucky’s Mistress.

Live Music

No festival is complete without a soundtrack. Cadillac Jack will be rocking the Beer Garden all evening with a high-energy mix of rock, country, and crowd favorites. Bring your friends, grab a pint, and get ready to dance, sing along, and keep the party rolling until the last bite of pork is gone.
